Your Shirae, explained.

The Shirae is KQY’s custom-tailored shirt. The Signature design starts with a collarless V neckline, a straight centre front, curved upper-bust seams and a waist buckle at each side. You can personalise that starting point in the design studio.

Choose your neckline or collar, neckline depth, sleeve style and length, shirt length, fabric, colour, embroidery, pockets and buckle finish. Fabric and colour are separate choices. Back and Continue let you move between steps while keeping your selections.

In Details, select one or more embroidery styles and placements, then choose the intensity and thread colour. Each selected style and placement shows any added cost. For a Monogram, embroidery notes are required: enter the exact initials or lettering, preferred letter case and any instructions for the maker. You can leave notes for other embroidery too.

If you choose pockets, they sit discreetly in the side seams and keep the front clear. The two waist buckles sit one on each side. They are a shaping detail; your measurements are still needed to establish the garment’s fit.

Every Shirae in the studio uses your body measurements and preferred finished lengths. Enter them in the Measurements step, in centimetres. You do not need to choose an XS–XL size.

Use a flexible tape over thin clothing and wear the undergarments you expect to wear with your Shirae. Stand naturally, keep the tape close without pulling it tight, and measure twice. Record body measurements without adding extra room. The illustrated measuring guide shows the tape position and steps for each measurement; ask a helper if a position is hard to reach.

The Measurements step shows the fields needed for your design. Neck circumference is requested for a collar, neckline depth for a collarless style, and sleeve length for sleeves. Complete every displayed required field before adding the design to your bag. “Show me how to measure” opens help beside each field.

The live model illustrates your selected styles and proportions, rather than your individual body. Use Enlarge to inspect the details. Actual fabric colour, texture, drape and embroidery can differ from the screen. Your exact measurements are saved separately for tailoring; recheck them after changing a depth or length option.

You can design and use the bag without an account. Your draft and bag are saved in this browser on this device, so clearing browser data or changing devices may make them unavailable. An account lets you save a measurement profile online; your design drafts and bag still remain on this device. Read the privacy notice for measurement storage details.

Yes. Open your bag and select Edit Design on that Shirae. Its saved choices, embroidery notes and measurements reopen in the studio. Change any detail, review the design, then choose Save changes to update that same bag item. Returning to the bag without saving leaves the saved item as it was.

Each Shirae in your bag keeps its own copy of the measurements recorded when you added it or last saved an edit. Later profile changes do not replace those measurements. To change a particular Shirae, use its Edit Design link. You can expand “Measurements saved with this design” in the bag to check its numbers.

Ordering is not open yet. You can create, save and edit designs in your bag, but the site cannot take payment or send a garment into production. Adding a Shirae to the bag does not place an order.

The displayed price updates with your selected options, including fabric, collars and embroidery. Any added cost is shown on the relevant choice. Prices are in Australian dollars and are indicative while ordering is closed. Review your chosen details and the bag total before proceeding when checkout becomes available.

Enter your code in the Promo code field in the bag, then select Apply. An eligible code updates the displayed discount and total. If it is invalid, expired or cannot be checked, the bag explains why and does not apply an unverified discount. Promo codes currently affect the preview total only.

Confirmed production times, shipping destinations and delivery charges will be published before ordering opens. Production time and delivery transit time will be shown separately. Check Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds for the current position before placing an order.

Care will depend on the final fabric and embroidery. Follow the care label supplied with the finished garment; the preview alone is not a reliable washing guide. See Care & labelling for the information that will accompany each garment.
